I am Femke, started as a translator and lover of the French and English language and (food) culture, with a long-standing love of cooking. Good and tasty food, that’s what I was working on from morning to evening.
After translating many recipes, cookbooks and restaurant menus, I took the plunge in 2017 and followed a professional chef’s training. There my passion became a true obsession: patisserie!
After hours of testing and practice in the kitchen, I can now finally let you taste the tastiest nougat with honey and freshly roasted nuts, caramels with a tad of (French!) Sea salt, gently melting chocolate fudge, the most beautiful and colorful macarons, tarts and tartelettes and much more. Everything is freshly prepared and with love for pure, sustainable products and traditional recipes. And for a heavenly taste of course!
